Section II – Electricity and Magnetism

(6) Study of Voltmeter, Ammeter and Multimeter (AC, DC, ranges and least count)

About the Book :

This book is written according to the revised choice based credit system syllabus in Practical Course in Physics for B.Sc. First year course as suggested by Savitribai Phule Pune University. It will serve as an excellent introduction at undergraduate level. We are happy to present this book covering the need of a student during the experimental work at the laboratory. The standard of the book is maintained keeping the level of First Year B.Sc. course in terms of the steps required for performing the experiments. However the format of procedures to perform the experiment, observation tables, theory, viva-voce questionnaires etc. are provided wherever it is necessary for deep understanding.
