- Pre-administration System
- Account System
Accounting system is the heart of Vidyasthapak ©®. This

- Employee Management System
This module makes teachers to focus their concentration on their teaching,
leaving all other management complexities to be handled by the Teacher Module.
The module consists of tools such as Lesson Planner, Question paper Editor and
Marks sheet Editor which makes teachers life enjoyable
- Time-Table System
The system helps in the co-ordination with Teachers, Classes & subjects. The
lectures, the subjects are entered in the timetable. The lectures & period of
each lecture & subjects are maintained by the system. The first step taken by
the system is to allocate the class and subject of each teacher after that each
class has been allocated to teacher. By the time of this processing, the
remaining hours & teachers are continuously shown by the system.
- Student Administration System
This module takes care of most of the college/school activities related with
student. The core responsibility of this module is to keep track of all the
information related with the student right from his admission to discharge. Once
student left the College/School all of the records are kept in Backup-Database.
With this module the College/School can maintain student’s info such as academic
records, activities, achievements, attendance etc.
- Library Management System
The tedious job of a librarian can be done at the Mouse Click. With the
Vidyasthapak ©® software, College/School can maintain the book history, card
history and the defaulters list. Library user can search any book with in a
second. There is no way for book robbers to skip.
- Fees System
This module keeps track of the fees paid by the Students and gives comprehensive
list of the different types of fees for specified period. Also provides the list
of students who have not paid the fees as on date. This also includes the full
account of the fees Admission, Registration, tuition and other fees etc.
